Job Description
• Primary responsibilities include - marketing, sales and overall business development activities to establish the Company as a leader in the full-service welding market.

• Able to perform the market research & analysis, business plans with SWOT based on - Industry/ Country/ Territory/ Specific Product or Services Segment etc.

• Gather market intelligence, opportunity mapping & action plan, competition mapping and information regularly and share internally with respective peers.

• Formulating & implementing business strategies and reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.

• Able to formulate new and progressive marketing approaches to enhance Company’s branding & market share on regular basis.

• Lead by taking initiatives to get RFQs, then coordinate internally with concern colleagues from Estimations & Proposals Team for timely proposal submission. Follow-up with Clients towards sales award & contract signing. Coordination with Legal/ Contracts and Finance team as & when required.

• Co-ordinate & organize marketing meetings, introductory presentations, sales promotion seminars, group discussions on new solutions & services.

• Developing & maintaining good business relations with - various stake holders in Client organizations at all level, Industry Partners, Local Partners, JV Partners, various Business Forums, Associations etc.

• Pre-sales & Post-sales relationship management at User Level and more importantly at decision making Top Management CxO Level with considerable amount of domestic & international travel.

• Timely and proactive coordination with Workshop (Pasir Gudang), Regional Office (Kuala Lumpur) and Corporate HQ in France to make sure external as well as internal communication is driven towards better efficiency meeting company objectives.

• Responsible for preparing, monitoring and maintaining the marketing budget while ensuring to achieve sales goals.

• Develop and coordinate to develop marketing materials including - presentation slides, project offerings specific key point highlights in proposals, brochures, project flyers, etc.

• Maintain quality assurance programs within the region which are compatible with company policy as it pertains to sales and systems (i.e. ISO 9001)

• Actively participates in local/international programs, events, seminars, exhibitions related to – Pipeline, Piping, Welding, Energy sector and Industry Association programs related to Company’s business interest.
