About the role You will have to strategize and devise L&D initiatives and look into building the company's core and functional competencies. You will look into succession planning, talent movement, E-Learning as well as talent management. You will be implementing leadership development programs as well as set up a training evaluation structure to measure training effectiveness. You will also be responsible for employer branding such as promoting positive external relations and participate in career fairs. About You You will have at least 6 years of L&D experience with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience. You must have good communications skills and able to do public speaking. You will also need to have a good understanding of adult learning theory and technique. You are a self-motivated person who is able to work well in a team. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
