Job Description

Job Description
  • 1 year renewable contract
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM
  • Changi Naval Base


Job Responsibilities
  • Processing of incoming jobs documents.
  • Processing of completed job documents for billing advice.
  • Data entry in SAP for creation, change & closing of jobs.
  • Creation of monthly reports.
  • Staff attendance & utilisation data entry.
  • Communicate with vendors & customers on job related matters.
  • Management of office supplies & PPE inventory.
  • IT Helpdesk requests support.
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned.


Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM


Location
  • Changi Naval Base
  • Transport: provide bus from MRT to work place


Job Requirements
  • O Levels/ A Levels / Diploma / Degree in any discipline. Accounts and Finance will have an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel & manipulation of Excel database.
  • Able to create & submit reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Have good knowledge of SAP usage & data entry.
  • Must be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
  • Dedication to work.
  • Willing to put extra effort and work OT to complete tasks on time when required.
  • Experience in Finance or Accounting will be advantageous.
  • Those with relevant experience and good track record will be considered for Senior Executive position.
