Excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team based in Malaysia. This role will see you coordinate and negotiate with internal departments and external service providers in regards to their operational & logistics requirements to ensure smooth business operations whilst also managing all relevant back office monthly invoicing and other related documentation.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;
Receipt orders from clients
Liaise with Shipping lines / cartage providers for bookings
Ensure all required Export documentation is collated
Provide clients with visibility on status of their orders
Monitor bookings closely to ensure containers move as booked
Liaising with overseas offices via email and phone
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. As well as this you will also possess the following attributes and skills;
Previous experience working within shipping & logistics coordination environment
Experience Cross Trade Shipment an advantage
Experience with EDI
Working knowledge of general freight and logistics terminology
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional computer literacy skills
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a team, internal stakeholders and suppliers (locally and overseas)
The willingness to think outside the box and be a team player
The ability to hold yourself accountable

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
