Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to,the following:
Support theOperations & Maintenance (O&M)teams to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operations of the Power Station (KMC)
Implement modern O&M practices, tools and techniques for safe, reliable and efficient operation and to fully utilise all KMCs contractual energy, fuel and utility supply agreements
Provide guidance and direction for operations, including leading theoperations team to analyse operational data and trouble-shootingprocess problems
Enhance operations teams knowledge on process control (including understanding control system) and manage training through simulator to improve operators' skills
Communicate with trading function on outage coordination and schedule
Provide inputs and liaise with the relevant Managers for long-term station planning
Assist fully with and help implement and manage all Health, Safety and Environmental practices
Fully developand maintain E-PTW system for efficient and effective operations /practices in a safe manner
Establish and implement mandatory O&M policies and procedures to meet all station, company and legislative requirements
Fully utilize the CMMS to ensure all operational activities and experiences are recorded to comply with station, legislative and company policy requirements
Responsible for implementing a Quality Management System as applied to the Power Station
Provide inputs tothe development of department(s) budgets
Participate in training activities both on and off-site, to be trained and to train others as required
Play the role of KMC Assistant Emergency Preparedness Officer (AEPO)
EnsurePower Station'sphysical security as per Security By Design (SBD) requirement at all times & provide guidance and direction for the security team
Carry out Red Teaming exercises for KMC Security Team
Direct participation in external security exercises with authorities
Leadcyber security activities, including liaising with cyber security service providers and with support of C&I team to manage CII assets to fulfil legal requirement of cyber security
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by supervisors
A Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited university. Additional qualifications inSafety, Project, Emergency or Quality Management would be an advantage
At least 12 years of relevant power plant-related O&M experience, ideally involved in theO&M of gas turbines andfamiliar with the erection, commissioning and initial start-up phases of a modern Power Station
Detailed knowledge and experience inup-to-date Health, Safety and Environmental practices
Strong understanding of Power Station engineering design and construction,Combined Cycle Power Station setup and its commercial operation strategies in a deregulated electricity market
Proficient in CCPP and Cogen performance analysis and optimisation
Ability to lead teams and manage numerous personnel during critical plant outage periods

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
