JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of M&E / Building / Fire Safety Executives and Technical Staff to manage the operations of the entire mall, including handling tenancy fit-out works, preparation of operations budgets, negotiation with term contractors and service providers for building works and M&E maintenance services.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Building / Facilities Management / Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 8 years experience in commercial property and facilities management, preferably in retail environment, including 2 or more years in managerial position.
  • Good knowledge of the local building legislations and regulations, safety and environmental requirements and ability to plan and implement operational strategies
  • Strong M&E background with experience in AEI and certified FSM will be an added advantage
