The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of M&E / Building / Fire Safety Executives and Technical Staff to manage the operations of the entire mall, including handling tenancy fit-out works, preparation of operations budgets, negotiation with term contractors and service providers for building works and M&E maintenance services.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Building / Facilities Management / Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 8 years experience in commercial property and facilities management, preferably in retail environment, including 2 or more years in managerial position.
Good knowledge of the local building legislations and regulations, safety and environmental requirements and ability to plan and implement operational strategies
Strong M&E background with experience in AEI and certified FSM will be an added advantage

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
