**Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager (Telecommunications) Operations Manager (Telecommunications) Job Responsibilities:
To manage the end to end delivery of Corporate Data and Voice services to Corporate customers.
To organise the team to deliver complete end to end services to customers in the most efficient and customer focused manner. This includes the coordination for site survey and equipment installation activities with customers.
To be able to embrace use of systems and technology to help the team to carry out the work most efficiently. There is already existing system to do resource deployment and to provide visibility of status of work in systems
To organize and motivate the team to carry out the delivery and maintenance work in accordance to agreed processes and guidelines.
To be able to manage stakeholders like Sales, project managers, product and customers in the delivery and operation of services.
To be able to talk to building management or data centre management on the rules on engagements.
To improve customer experience score in both order fulfilment and fault resolution
Degree in Engineering
Relevant experience in Telecommunication or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Good negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Able to work with all levels of people
Knowledge in contractor management/field force management,

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
