**Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager (Telecommunications)

Job Responsibilities:
  • To manage the end to end delivery of Corporate Data and Voice services to Corporate customers.
  • To organise the team to deliver complete end to end services to customers in the most efficient and customer focused manner. This includes the coordination for site survey and equipment installation activities with customers.
  • To be able to embrace use of systems and technology to help the team to carry out the work most efficiently. There is already existing system to do resource deployment and to provide visibility of status of work in systems
  • To organize and motivate the team to carry out the delivery and maintenance work in accordance to agreed processes and guidelines.
  • To be able to manage stakeholders like Sales, project managers, product and customers in the delivery and operation of services.
  • To be able to talk to building management or data centre management on the rules on engagements.
  • To improve customer experience score in both order fulfilment and fault resolution

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Relevant experience in Telecommunication or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work with all levels of people
  • Knowledge in contractor management/field force management,
