Finance Support Analyst (Oracle E-Business Suite)
Amway ERP Production Support team is looking for an Oracle EBS R12 Support Analyst to play a key role in managing day to day Production Incidents. This position will be responsible for supporting multiple Finance applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite. Core activities will include Incident Resolution meeting the SLE’s, scheduling weekly meetings, sending weekly Incident Status and so on in multiple geographies.
Responsibilities:
• • Work with Level 2 Production Support in Oracle EBS R12 Finance area
• • Responsible for Level 2 Production Support assessment and resolution
• • Responsible for Production Support framework for Incidents and resolution based metrics
• • Maintain and publish metrics on Incidents and areas of opportunity
• • Continuous effort improving Incident and Problem Management process within the team and enhance productivity of the Level 2 support
• • Develops, implements and maintains a knowledge base system for Incident analysis, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• • Works closely with business users to provide timely resolution

Requirements:
• • Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Computer Science/ Information Technology
• • A minimum of Five years of experience developing solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite
• • Must have experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementation
• • Must have hands-on experience in setups on Oracle EBS Finance Modules
• • Well-verse in AP, AR, Cash Management, EB-Tax and General Ledger Modules
• • Knowledge in Oracle’s development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF
• • Should have knowledge in TCA architecture
• • Exposure to overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite and its interaction with other Oracle products
• • Knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology
• • Experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues
• • Certification in Oracle will be an added advantage
• • Knowledge in ODI, Informatica, OBIE or SOA will be an added advantage
