Job Description:

Role:Organization Change Management

Location: KL Malaysia

Experience: 12 + years

Key Responsibility

Expand and grow the Organization Change Management Practice in Malaysia

Key requisites for this role are listed below:

Experienced in Organization Change Management (OCM) and currently holds the role of Associate Director, Senior Manager or equivalent; preferably with revenue and margin targets

Widely recognized as an OCM expert or leader; extensive hands-on experience in OCM engagement delivery experience is a must and digital engagement experience is a major plus

Independent and excellent team player – creative and adaptable in dynamic environments with strong interpersonal & communication skills across levels

The Candidate

At least 12 to 15 years of OCM experience from top-tier consulting organization(s) – through large-scale transformation program and systems implementation

Additional Requirements

The ability to travel &/or work beyond Malaysia is a major plus

Project management skills with Agile methodology is a plus

Practice leadership experience is a plus
