Company Recruitment Consultant at Taman Impian Emas
-Male / Female

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus allowances, overtime payments, claims, payroll deductions,reconciliation and others in an efficient and timely manner.
-Timely submission of statutory reports, EA form, E Form and BE Form. and ensure compliance with statutory and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
-Ensure proper filing & safe keeping for all confidential documents for payroll & benefits.Prepare administration documentation & letter pertaining to the employee and maintain employees personal file.
-Print and distribute payslips.
-Preparation of various statistical reports for management in an accurately and timely manner.
-Process employee claims.Administer and update employee attendance and leave applications.
-Handle tax submission and tax clearance for expatriates.Deal with payroll, time management and employee claim related queries.
-Assist in any other ad-hoc projects/ task as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI or equivalent
-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll from manufacturing Companies with at least one good experience in a multi-national company.
-Good knowledge/ experience in HRIS such as FlexHRMS, HRiQ, BOSS, Prosoft, Ezypay, etc.
-Past working experience in accounting field or outsourcing payroll environment would be an added advantage.
-Mature, attention to detail and able to work independently.
-Good analytical skill.
Basic Salary RM2500 - RM3000
