Job Description:

Description: 
Experience: 2 to 5 years
  • End to end payroll processing from input checking, data updates in system, system operations, generate payroll file and checking, bank file upload and pay-slip sending to all employees 
  • SAP experience is Mandatory
  • Responsible to raise statutory payment & ensure submission make according to deadlines. 
  • Attend query raise by business unit and employee. 
  • To ensure system and processes compliance with legal and in charge of any system testing as and when required 
  • Responsible for year-end filing activities and any ad hoc project and task appointed. To work closely with BU, master data team, payroll and time Centre, SAP technical consultant and customer appointed auditor 
  • The person should be able to work under pressure, a fast learner, responsible and meticulous person would be needed. 
  • Monthly reconciliation of G/L accounts 
  • Post of journals 
  • Reconciliation of salary related forecast and actual journals 
  • Reconciliation of statutory payments 
  • Support payroll team on account related queries 
  • Create and send updated monthly reports to customers 
  • Delivery of year- end financial payroll reports to customers 
  • Assist customers on audit queries 
  • Internal payroll process quality assurance 
  • Advisory for customers 
  • Other controlling and quality tasks
