Job Description :
- Manage meeting and appointments arrangement for Managing Partner.
- Ensure full support to handle day to day administrative and operations matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up of instructions of Managing Partner when necessary.
- Perform meeting agenda, presentation and minutes meeting.
- Coordinate with general correspondences with internal and external parties.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Application such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written & spoken.
