Job Description
Assist the general manager in formulating the strategic plan, the annual business plan and the decomposition of the work objectives at each stage;

Drafting the work summary and other official documents of the company at each stage;

Assist the general manager to manage and coordinate the functions of the company and coordinate the internal departments, especially the daily working relationship and transaction between business departments. If necessary, separate business communication meetings or work meetings;

Cooperate with the general manager to deal with external public relations (government, important customers, etc)

Track the achievement of the company's business objectives, provide analysis opinions and suggestions for improvement;

Provide relevant solutions to the general manager in terms of company business plan, sales strategy, capital operation, etc)

Write and follow up the company meeting minutes of the company's general manager meeting, seminars, etc)

Assist the general manager in planning the company's corporate culture and corporate strategy development, and cooperate with the management office to carry out corporate culture work;

Performs other tasks as assigned
