Job Description


Job Responsibility :

1. Organize and attend meetings to take notes and to provide general assistance during business meeting/ presentations; ensure the Managing Director is well-prepared for meetings.

2. Deal with incoming e-mail, facsimiles and post and correspond professionally on behalf of the Managing Director.

3. Read and study the business contract, letters and other correspondence, summarize the content and report to Managing Director.

4. Prepare reports and presentations slides; work out the accounts and budgets.

5. Prepare correspondence, letters, memorandum, reports, meeting minutes as and when is required.

6. Able to undertake some of the manager's responsibilities and working closely with Top Management.

7. Coordinate and work closely with the Top Management to meet dateline.

8. Ensure the decisions and instructions by Directors are properly carried out and communicated.

9. Maintain high integrity for keeping company information in private & confidential manner.

Requirement :

· Diploma in any discipline, Bachelor’s degree will be at an added advantage.

· Minimum 3 years of working experience & preferably 2 years as Personal Assistant.

· Basic knowledge of office administration / business operations.

· Computer literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Independent and able to work under pressure.

· Good Organizing skills

· Meticulous and able to handle multi-functional / routine tasks.

· Proficiency in spoken and written English.
