Job Description:

PMO Manager


  • Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of PMO experience
  • Effectively drive & manage the Company’s Program as well as concurrent projects therein
  • Adopt, develop & enhance the Program & Project management life cycle, methodology and processes
  • Actively engage and coordinate strategically with the vendor Project Manager
  • Tracking status of program deliverables and milestones
  • Program level risk and issue coordination; monitor program & project health closely
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired) 
  • Skills in MS tools including MS Project (MSP), Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Coordinate regular program & project level status update meetings, project reviews, Steering Committee meetings etc.
  • Schedule Program & project level workshops, including logistics and travel arrangements
  • Support Project quality reviews; coordinate activities to ensure effective implementation of QR recommendations
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
