Job Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (willing to travel to Singapore, Thailand)
Act as subject matter expert, both during the implementation as well as in pre-sales situations.
Analyzing and reviewing design for the implementation projects and recommend improvements in business processes with industry best practices and within context of Microsoft Dynamics solution.
Conduct a detailed work simplification and measurement studies on the requirements by organizing interactive sessions with Business owners, users, management, and consultants and translate the business requirements to technical specifications, perform AS-IS, TO-BE processes and GAP analysis.
Check works to ensure quality control – may orient train assign and review the work of junior staff.
Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks
Hands-on experience in several of the following: Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Hands on experience with ERP systems.
Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
Able to pursue opportunities to provide additional products and services to clients.
Willing to travel.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
