Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing IT service requests from end to end and track to close

2. Focal contact point between end users , IT department and support team

3. Hosting weekly meeting with key users and support team

4. Assist Service Delivery team with weekly SLA report and ticket status

5. To coordinate/facilitate urgent support between support team and end users upon request

6. Attend daily briefing session and provide updates to key users

7. Ad hoc tasks as per request by supervisor example audit tasks, sending email communication /announcement to end users

Working Hour

8 am - 6:30 pm : Monday to Friday ( staggered 9 hours shift)

8 am - 5:30 pm : Friday ( staggered 8 hours shift)

Required Skills

1. Good communication skills in Malay and English

2. Basic MS Office knowledge for reporting purpose

3. Customer service oriented
