Asian Financial Service Start-Up Seeks Product Managers
Our client is an Asian Start-Up focused on building innovative financial products for the retail market.
This organization is looking for motivated Product Managers to join the team. The candidates should be a self- starter, who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is passionate on building products that use data and user research to help build the best user experience that meets the overall business targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop product enhancements and product roadmaps
Produce detailed product requirement documents and specifications
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups
Build effective relationships with colleagues, customers (internal and external) and management to ensure efficient execution of tasks and roadmaps
Support the development and execution of product and business strategy interface
Within a defined framework, communicate effectively with the Head of Product and other stakeholders in deciding and drafting the product roadmap
To qualify, candidates must possess:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree from a Top-Tier University.
Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications, and white papers.
Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal/communication skills and work ethic
High levels of adaptability in working in a fluid start-up environment
Open to working with multiple disciplines within the organization
Resourceful, observant and has great attention to detail
Previous experience in working with start-ups/ or coordinating large-scale projects with central teams will be an added advantage
Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
