Responsible for the planning in building project function, sorting product requirements, drawing product line diagram & writing requirements.
Collect and analyse relevant data, optimize products according to data iteration and improve product experience.
Analysing user behaviour and requirements and collecting user feedback to optimize and improve products.
Coordinate with the operation, research & development, design and testing teams to promote product implementation and ensure product progress.
To monitor industry trends and products of competitors and propose product improvement plans.
To track product operation data, pay attention to the functions of related products, analyse and monitor the propagation effect. To conduct activity product planning based on activity operation and focus on user feedback and effect analysis.
At least 2 years’ experience in Internet product planning.
Experienced in launching & operating of the prototype.
Familiar with client product design specifications have excellent UE/UI design awareness and presentation skills.
Interested in the Internet, pay attention to user experience, be sensitive to new things and have unique opinions on new products.
Master all kinds of documents preparation for requirements.
Experience with IM is preferred.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
