At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a Manager in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers / Senior Executive specialized in Public Relations.

Branding & Promotion
To assist in formulating and execute advertising and marketing campaigns, media, managing press relations, organizing marketing and public relations events, as well as web marketing.
Assist on briefing the advertisement agency and web designer.
Liaising and communicate with the PR Agency for media interviews and press write up.
To be in charge of copywriting and editing.
Write collateral materials in promoting the marketing campaign.
Support the teams in maintaining the presentation and communication of the brand.
Coordinating the production of marketing collaterals including some video
Updating of web content on the company website.
Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools with input from product marketing, product management, executives, sales, Public Relation, and customers.
Creates various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration.
Monitor approved budget and usage.
Deliver streamlined and efficient brand & communications strategy & execution at regional and global level demonstrating effective marketing spend and practice
Manage production and communication requirements with other team members, suppliers, and other departments/operations.
Coordination and management of company’s 3 regional ATL agency partnerships.
Other administrative work such as vendors & contractor liaison, proposal & concept paper etc.
Develop marketing activities for products and services in achieving sales growth and project initiatives.
Public & Press Relation
Raise awareness of City University presence in Malaysia.
Building and maintain relationships with media in Malaysia, including Print, online, bloggers and social influencers.
Seek and develop PR opportunities across all media, partnerships, and Channels.
Understand the media landscape by reading relevant media sources to Develop a good understanding of the market place.
Pitching both planned and reactive City University stories to media.
Identify and manage a list of Key Opinion Leaders and seeding locations.
Amplifying stories where appropriate.
To monitor press releases and feedback from any other external parties that can jeopardize the image of company.
To plan & assist in developing and maintain corporate relationships to uphold the public image of the Company.
Actively communicates with cross functional departments and operations to increase general awareness of current events.
Liaise and maintain good relations with Government entities, schools, competitors.
Corporate Social Responsibility
To assist in planning and organize community service projects when necessary.
To coordinate with the Human Resources on internal staff relations programs.
Arranging of PR activities for the staff in terms of building an image for the university.
To assist on the plan, organize, execute and manage events including trade shows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events.
To ensure all activities are in order and to manage the event.
