Managing the manufacturing quality assurance for CNC Machining department.
Develops and implement business processes to achieve high performance of Quality, Delivery, and Cost for all aspects of Machining Quality to ensure increased yield, inspection efficiency and associated cost savings, with engagement of the entire machining team
Execute al the manufacturing test/inspection procedures.
Makesure the workflow meet the specification and deadlines.
Responsible in supervising and evaluate production performance
Make sure the production meet the Quality standards.
All other related duties assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations or ather related field.
Possess extensive CNC mill/lathe, sheet metal, and composite experience in the precision machining industry
Minimum of 5 or 6 years managerial experience in manufacturing industry
Possess years of experiences in Quality Assurance role
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and willing to work in Senai, Johor Bahru. (Industry: Manufaturing-Metal stamping)

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
