Job Description:

• Help Train all new hire batches to complete Cognizant Boot camp and Process trainings

• Should be a quick learner and get accustomed to changing policies of the business.

• Responsible for retraining & refresher based on the requirement

• Prepare Training material, Job Aids and Update materials

• Design training plan based on production needs

• Responsible for driving new instructions received from the clients across teams

• Deriving a Calibration Process for operators

• Will be responsible for auditing content and deriving meaning insights to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities

• To provide inputs for process improvements

* These incumbent/candidate who joins us will be supporting markets that would include the countries where Thai languages are spoken.
