Job Description
  • Translate business strategy and future requirements into quality management plans and ensure that the relevant key objectives 
  • Provide technical support for tender review, plants/materials, delivery and post-delivery phases of a project to ensure quality opportunities are optimized and all aspects of QMS are met
  • Involved in all stages of project development and delivery to ensure that the quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) policies
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure an organisational approach to quality is managed to a consistent high standard and contribute to the creation of a high-performance quality culture by inspiring organisation employees, external consultants and contractors to deliver aligned ways of working
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 – 20 years of experience of which at least 7 years has been spent in a Supervisory role
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Conflict management and resolution skills
  • Valid Group 2 driver’s licence (preference manual)
