Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Source for suitable candidates from appointed recruitment agencies
  • Administer the interview process i.e. arrange interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring sections, collate and verify documents, and administer interview sessions
  • Liaise with a recruitment agency and approved candidate on onboarding matters such as letter of agreement, start date, orientation session, IT equipment deployment, access pass collection, reporting details, etc.
  • Collate monthly time-sheets, leave and claim matters for all contract-for-services hires
  • The monitor contract period of the hires and facilitate extension/ termination/ lapse process where applicable.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in HR specialization or related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Candidate with recruiter firm background is strongly preferred
  • Well-versed in local manpower legislation and practices
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable chines speaking people, need to handle Chinese speaking candidate, so Chinese speaking is essential
