Job Description

Your new role: To take care of the administrative tasks related to candidate management and to assist with candidate attraction activities.

Your main accountabilities includes but are not limited to:

  • Administrative work - screening of the candidate's CV, posting vacancies and updating job ads
  • Answering of telephone queries
  • Any other administrative tasks related to the working processes as per team operation
  • Ensuring up to date knowledge of candidate attraction and retention strategies
  • Complete and/or update client and candidate details in administration systems to support effective management of information reporting
  • Payroll, invoices, timesheet verification, work rights check and/or credit checks (if applicable)

Who are we looking for?

  • You have administrative experience? Great!
  • Candidate Tracking Database/s experience would be preffered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
