Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
  • Adhering to external recruitment processes and flow
  • Managing 80% vacancies in IT industry and 20% on non-IT vacancies. 
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective candidates and matching them with vacancies at client companies 
  • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview 
  • Organizing interviews and following up for feedback 
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates 
  • Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates a 
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work 
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression 
  • Understanding client requirements and fostering long-term relationships 
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

Requirements for Junior Recruitment Consultant Position
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year(s) of working experience in recruitment 
  • Experience in external recruitment would be added advantage 
  • Knowledge on IT positions would be a plus point 
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar. 
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English 
  • Results driven, confident and pleasant personality 
  • Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment 
  • Team-player 
Requirements for Recruitment Consultant Position

  • Experience in external recruitment would be an extra added advantage 
  • Exposure in IT placements is a plus point 
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques

  • Team-player, Results driven, confident and pleasant personality 
  • Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment
    Able to coach and mentor junior team member 


Job Details
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00pm)
  • Location: Menara UOA, Bangsar 
  • Salary is negotiable based on experience 
  • Preferably someone from recruitment background 
  • Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
