About The Job
We are looking for an experienced individual from recruitment space to spearhead the formation of an army of freelance recruiters (domain experts) and to manage the entire army. Domain experts are working professionals with domain expertise in a specific field, where the knowledge / experience can be used in matching top qualifying candidates to the job position that he / she is managing.

Instead of having full-time recruitment consultants reporting to the manager, the manager will be managing a group of freelance recruiters aka domain experts, empowering them to be the most efficient recruiters. This is "Uber for recruiters" in the making.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit domain experts of different pillars / fields.
  • Make sure Semut has the right and enough domain experts to support our clients' recruitment needs.
  • Train domain experts (in group) with best recruitment techniques.
  • In conjunction with the Semut software, design & standardised recruit process / protocol and make sure domain experts adhere to it.
  • Manage the group of domain experts, track their performance & rating (With the help of software) on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist in standardising domain specific process and questions during prescreening interviews conducted by domain experts.
Requirements
  • 2 years and above experience in recruiting (consultant, team lead) or similar role.
  • Proven track record in previous roles.
  • Well-presented and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • People person.
  • Team player.
