Job Description
  • Able to manage timesheet
  • Leave management of contractor
  • Able to do payroll using a system
  • Able to submit statutory payments (EPF,Socso)
  • To purchase pantry items, order water bottles
  • To perform other admin duties as and when needed
  • To manage the insurance database (i.e new, renewal and termination) as well as liaise with the vendor
  • Well versa with mDec Process
  • Basic Accounts
