Being a dynamic fast-paced organization, they are looking for a driven finance and accounting professionals to apply to the role of Regional Head of Finance. Main responsibilities
Ensure the financial statements meet IFRS and local accounting standards.
Challenge monthly forecasts and budgets enabling the relevant stakeholders to better understand their position and overall performance.
Identify area for improvement and propose solutions for any business and finance processes.
Provide commercial support in reviewing and amending contracts and agreements to the sales/services teams.
Understand the local audit and tax requirements and be able to coordinate with external parties.
Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance, and possess professional certifications such as CIMA.
At least 15 years of working experience in relevant field, with audit experience in one of the Big4 accounting firms.
Candidates with exposure to regional role within the IT/Services industry will be an added advantage.
Must have work experience in a multinational company with proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and interdepartmental.
Good command of both spoken and written English.

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
