About the role

This Marketing Operations Role is a key role in delivering IWG’s marketing strategy. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing key parts of the Marketing Playbook in a group of South-East Asia Countries (Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Korea) as directed by the Campaign and Channel managers.


• All marketing activities delivered adhere to the Marking Playbook, Brand Guidelines, and Operating Model

• All marketing activities are delivered on time and on budget and with high quality

Key responsibilities

• Campaign Management - Manage activities listed below as directed by the Campaign and Channel Managers

- Proactively manage PR agencies to deliver PR plan

- Support the global team in creating and publishing social media posts on selected channels

- Manage centre opening events, broker events and approved third-party events

- Support the local teams with the production of out of home advertising agreements

- Deliver collateral to centres for neighbourhood prospecting

Key skills/ experience

• 5-10 years prior experience in similar marketing or communication role

• Experience creating a PR plan and managing a PR agency to deliver the plan

• Experience managing large (industry) events with over 200 potential customers

• Experience briefing agency to create marketing assets needed for events, out of home advertising, etc.

• Fluent in English

• One of the languages of these countries- - Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Korea- is desired but not required

• Ability to communicate effectively to senior managers in different countries

• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
