Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest multi-national BPO/IT Company in the Philippines and worldwide is looking for Regional People and Facilities Security Services Manager.

Responsibilities / Authorities: 

Major responsibilities within the Geographic purview are:

1. Physical Security and Protection of Company People, Property, Information and Reputation.

a.Laying down and ensuring compliance to physical security procedures consistent to global policies for employees, contractors, service provides and visitors

b.Ensure due diligence in accordance with Policy 58 while setting up new Company facilities

c.Oversee installation and upgrade of security systems.

d.In conjunction with the Workplace Solutions, ensuring availability of qualified and trained guard force.

e.Conduct of Annual physical security audits.

f.Support to client RFPs, physical security requirements and audits.

g.Monitoring and management of security incidents.

h.Coordination with Global and Regional Security Forums.

i.Provision and coordination of local security protection for leadership based upon existing threat.

j.Assistance in managing security operations for large regional or global meetings

k.Convergence of physical security with business resiliency policy and procedures

l.Support to Information Security certification initiatives.

2.  Life Safety

a.Ensure life safety of Company people including travelers, expatriates and those in client sites.

b.Ensure due diligence on life safety while setting up new Company facilities.

c.Coordinate with local management, conduct risk vulnerability assessments of cities, office locations/project sites.

d.Assist local facilities and project management teams to develop life safety plans.

e.Support emergency medical evacuation within geographical purview.

f.Monitoring and management of safety incidents.

g.Coordination of Environment, Health & Safety initiatives.

3. Business Resiliency and Crisis Management

a.Monitor regional geo-political events/natural disaster situations.

b.Determine impact on Company offices and client teams during situations.

c.Assist local management with initial triage/response actions.

d.Provide up-channel situation reporting to GAP.

e.Assist local management with risk vulnerability assessments.

f.Assist local management and client teams with development of Crisis management and Business

g.Resiliency Plans.

h.Support Business Resiliency certification procedures and initiatives.

4.  Manage Regional Integrated access card program

a.Manage regional Access Control licensing through vendor.

b.Coordinate requests for new vendors through GAP.

c.Oversee installation of firm standard systems (as financially feasible).

d.Ensure local office locations manage system performance and records per company standards.

e.Oversee installation and upgrade of integrated access card and CCTV systems.

f.Conduct and document operational tests of access card system and local system management

5.  Watch Officer Program

Support the WO Program by serving as Watch Officer as per designed schedule

Qualifications:

-College degree in military of police education

-Philippine Military Academy or any US Service Academy (Ex. West Point). Certified Protection Professional (CPP)

-10 years relative experience

-5 years managerial experience

-Corporate Security Management / Protective Services

-Emergency and Disaster Management

-Crisis Management

-Investigation – incident happen inside the facility

Good to have:

-Training and Development, Customer service relations, Events Security Management, Executive Protection.

-Experience in a BPO setting
