Job Description
•Handles incoming telephone calls and inquiries and ensures that calls are forwarded timely and appropriately.

•Attends to all concerns made through phone calls, emails or personal interaction by providing correct information or by endorsing the concern to the appropriate department.

•Assists all residents and other clients entering the building and ensures that the residents give clearance prior to entry of the above mentioned.

•Ensures completeness and accuracy of information encoded in the work order monitoring sheet.

•Monitors status of requests and concerns.

•Ensures that matters which have to be escalated to the Managers are discussed and attended to immediately.

•Maintains complete records of pertinent information

•Ensures completeness and accuracy of information for endorsed concerns or other deliverables.

•Assists in preparation and in the event proper for various resident oriented activities.

•Ensures that the reception area is kept clean and orderly at all times.

•Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

•Confirms validity of work permits and the like by coordinating with the resident and department involved.

•Ensures that all mails and deliveries received are properly logged and forwarded to and received by the residents.

•Ensures that packages and items that are consumable will be received immediately by the resident/s.

•Maintains records of users in various facilities in the Amenities Floor.
