Asian Financial Service Start-Up Seeks Ruby-on-Rails Developers
Our client is an Asian Start-Up focused on building innovative financial products for the retail market.
This organization is looking for motivated Ruby-on-Rails Developers to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Ruby-on-Rails Developers or Go.
Key responsibilities include:
Design stable, reliable and effective backend systems
Wrote secure code and architect applications
Modify systems according to requests and perform tests
Solve backend usage issues and malfunctions
Liaise with app developers to further improve applications and establish best practices
To qualify, candidates must possess:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2 to 4 years’ hands-on experience with Ruby-on-Rails Developers or Go
Ability to create RESTful APIs
Experience in deploying and hosting web applications
Front-end design and development are an added advantage
Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
