Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and status follow up with Sales person, to assist in order submission if required.

• New Sales Enquiries - Handle incoming quotation requests and follow up with customers to close the deals, including overseas requests from other Dimension Data Offices.

• Work with pre sales team to ensure completion of quotation process within a SLA given.

• Point of contact between company and clients.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from internal and external company.

• To assist client’s request for eg. delivery status, lead time and etc.

• Establish and maintain good relationship with key decision-makers.

• Close alliance with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and assist deal registrations.

• Process and follow-up on dispute case or open issues.

• Any other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned by the management or superior as and when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, IT or any related field • Good in English, Mathematics & Microsoft Outlook.

• Mandarin Speaker needed as managing business from Mandarin speaking countries.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
