Job Description

  • • Supporting the Vendor Acquisition with administrative work aligned with priorities from the Merchant Acquisition Lead.

    • Generate leads that capture potential category priority sellers through the different lead generation strategies (eg. cold calling, area saturation, online scraping, etc.)

    • Drive seller incubation performance through following up on needed adoption of tools and participation in traffic efforts.

    • Answering of seller inquiries regarding issues that may arise within the platform and customer complaints.

    • Participation in Lazada offline activations including manning of Lazada booth, handing out of fliers, gathering seller information, answering inquiries, etc.

    • Other tasks that could help contribute in the overall performance of the Lead Center team such as travelling to offline stores to gather information
