Job Description 
  • Perform tele/marketing and tele/sales activities to sell various company services and products
  • Generate leads and identify new opportunities via telemarketing and other relevant activities
  • Planning, developing & implementing effective marketing communication campaigns within the specified time frame
  • Responsible for marketing activities planning with Client/Principals of the company
  • Copy writing for all types of marketing collateral including brochures, letters, emails,  newsletter & website
  • Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate company message to customers
  • Manage and monitor marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update company database
  • Coordinate & assist to obtain marketing campaign sponsorships
  • To identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain existing customer base
  • To provide dedicated account servicing to corporate or government customers
  • Assist in administrative activities and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and  related duties, as and when required
  • Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management board
  • Gathering relevant customer data, market intelligence and actively listening to prospective and existing clients through consultative methods
  • Coordinate inter-company enquiries on sales leads, order fulfilment and deliveries
  • Assist and coordinate company activities and projects to meet timelines
  • Assist in sales related activities, executive meetings, forums, sales and staff meetings  workshops and functions
  • Provide data quality checks periodically
  • Resolving customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports
  • Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats.
Area: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Negri Sembilan, Melaka, Kedah, Sabah and Sarawak

Package: Vehicle provided, Basic Salary plus Sales Incentives, Benefits include, medical,

miscellaneous allowances, fuel

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Required skills: Customer service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory
  • Management, Prospecting skills, Client Relationship, Negotiations, Product Knowledge,
  • Presentation Skills and self-motivated
  • Effective copy writing skills. Ability to redraft various types of articles for broad audience types
  • Good communication skills to converse with operational, mid to high level management andpersuasive skills to set and confirm appointments
  • Excellent technical knowledge and selling skills
  • Active team player and should communicate well to the team
  • Attention to details and keen interest in IT issues
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Required Languages: Fluent Spoken & written - English and Malay
  • Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willing to learn and take own initiatives to go further
  • Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing/IT, Business Studies/Management or equivalent to IT/Marketing/Sales/Communication
  • Candidates who have working experience in the related field will have an advantage
  • Willing to travel within the state and outstation
