Job Description
Responsibilities : 
  • You will need to promote products or services to customers and negotiates contracts with the aim of improving revenue 
  • You will assist to increase sales opportunities, improve market position and maximize organization growth. 
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. 
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way. 
  • Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections and Build networks and spheres of influence to grow prospect lists 
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and mentorship; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements. 
  • Maintain reports by collecting and updating data in line with organization standards 
  • Maintain and improve professional, selling skills and technical knowledge through organization development roadmap. 
  • Review on own performance and aim at exceeding set targets and Support team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Requirements : 
  • SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree in any subject. 
  • Minimum (one) 1 year of sales experience 
  • Proven experience as a sales experience or relevant sales role 
  • Through understanding of sales planning and negotiating techniques 
  • A confident and determined approach 
  • Self-motivation, result-oriented and drive 
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection 
  • Excellent communication, proficiency in written and spoken English, second language a plus 
  • Experience with customer relationship tools such as Salesforce a plus 
  • Good computer skills/MS Office
