Presently, we are looking for a target driven Sales Engineer with minimum of 4 years’ work experience in the area of light commercial for the HVAC industry. The role will be based in Penang, Malaysia.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Attend customers complains and coordinate with the service team to provide technical solutions.
Work on given sale target & build a good rapport with the customers.
Review the final sales quotation before sending to the customers.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in light commercial line for HVAC industry.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
