Sales Executive (Cover sales in Malaysia) – Based in Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a dynamic, sales aggressive, resourceful and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
You will be responsible for discovering, pursuing and closing new sales. You will follow sales prospects via sales calls, email or any social media to introduce products to customer and maintaining customer satisfaction. One of the immediate products and solutions you would be dealing with is for catering to the education sector (especially childcare, kindergarten)
Utilizes sales tools and marketing resources to research customer businesses, past customer contact and product specifics to identify subsidiary opportunities.
Generates and qualifies sales lead opportunities within assigned territory through cold calling and approaching customers by positioning Telogic' products/services that is catered to support customer’s business
Manages, tracks and follow up closely with potential leads to ensure continuity which eventually leading to closure of business.
Sales accounts management as well as reseller management.
Help to define opportunities and close sales.
Ensure high customer satisfaction in solutions delivery and pre-sales support.
Involve in Trade show and exhibition in products promotion.
Undertake any duties assigned from time to time.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Telogic products and services and well aware of competitors’ strategies and capabilities to position Telogic product advantageously.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Marketing, any field, and equivalent with one to three years of related professional work experience.
Prior sales experience selling IT products/subscription services in similar capacity preferably to the education/childcare sector will be advantageous.
Customer oriented, passionate, sales aggressive and highly self-motivated with the ability to understand customers’ perspective and think win-win.
Resourceful, patient and good customer service attitude, willing to learn, independent worker with good attitude. Able to uphold confidentiality
Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills with proficiency in English languages.
Must enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Required to travel regularly such as opportunities to follow up, demonstrate solution and any other sales engagement and follow up related activities

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
