Job Description
Primary responsibilities (Mandatory) 
  • Cold calling to the insurance companies in Malaysia regarding the 3i-infotech offerings and making an appointment for the meeting 
  • Market Study about the competitors and opportunities 
  • Walk in to all the Insurance companies IT department / Procurement team in person to develop the rapport with them 
  • Building pipeline 
  • Stay abreast of market trends. 
  • Excellent Communication (Chinese / English) and selling skills 
  • Creative / innovative thinking in Marketing 
  • Presentation skills 

Additional responsibilities (Optional)
  • Recognize the needs of the insurance companies and provide detailed information to the prospect about the Product specifications of the software offered by the 3i-Infotech. 
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations. 
  • Travel to areas where needs are projected. 
  • Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document. 
  • Negotiate a commercial agreement. 
  • The ability to write reports and proposals 
  • The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
