Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieving sales KPIs
  • Coach and provide guidance to subordinates
  • Review weekly sales activities, defining strategic sales pipeline and prospects by building on solid existing client relationship to win more new sales and clients in your territory to help the team to achieve sales target
  • Engaged in sales route ride with the team within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is explored
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Drive sales revenue and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Takes accountability by ensuring team update daily sales in system
  • Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection as and when required
  • Work closely with other team members to assist in collection
  • Conduct sales meetings and support overall sales SOP so as to be aligned with Companys direction
  • Conduct visit at major customers site on monthly basis to understand their needs, concerns and suggest improvement from feedback received
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the companys selling propositions and differentiators.


Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
  • Prior experience in managing sales team preferred
  • Experienced in B2B sales and solution selling
  • Strong leadership skill, self-driven and result oriented
  • Willing to work in Malacca or Kota Kinabalu
