We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales/Account Managers to help build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s sales targets to drive rapid and sustainable growth
i. Identifies business opportunities for product and territory assigned by researching, prospecting and engaging clients through cold calling, networking and social media
ii. Sells solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and clients; and recommending innovative and practical solutions.
iii. Manages and drives the sales cycle from territory management, pipeline management, prospecting, sales opportunity development, solution positioning, account management and closing the sales opportunity to meet sales targets.
iv. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending business and technical improvements to the clients.
v. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
vi. Prepares and delivers sales reports on a timely basis including forecasts, opportunity and account plans, quotations and presentations.
vii. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
viii. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
ix. Drives and manages the presales support team towards closing the sales including business partners.
x. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
xi. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
xii. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
i. Prior experience as a sales executive with an IT software application and solutioning vendor (preferably ERP, CRM), with proven track record to meet/overachieve sales targets.
ii. Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
iii. Well versed in Solution-selling methodology and MS Office apps
iv. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
v. Fast learner, energetic with a positive attitude and passion for selling and closing deals
vi. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
vii. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
viii. Strong organizational skills to work in a team environment
