Job Description
Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager 

Role Purpose:

To assist in obtaining new businesses, managing current clients, managing maintenance contract, change request and partnership contract and agreement, managing customer(s) request and satisfaction and achieving sales targets base on KPI set by the company according to financial year target.

Job Descriptions:

• To facilitate and coordinate with Pre-Sales/Consultancy team in conducting demo, company introduction presentations, proof of concept (POC)

• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and account planning reports and forecasts

• Prepare monthly Business Plan

• Develop new business

• Managing and responsible for the sales of the accounts/clients assigned

• Maintain and develop existing clients through planned individual account support and appropriate and relevant internal liaison

• Prepare, manage, review and coordinate internal team and external partners for the tender submission

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any field

• At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the IT Industry

• Analytical, sales oriented, confident, ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and able to meet sales targets

• General knowledge of banking and insurances process and product

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, aggressive, self-motivated and a team player with a winning attitude

• Willing to travel
