This position reports directly to the Sales Manager, the prime focus is to promote and sell the range of products to existing and potential customers, to build relationship and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing good after sales service and consistent customer care to all assigned customers in the territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Better understanding of territory potential in active market coverage.
2. Identifying suspects and prospects by business industry.
3. Optimizing coverage by territory assigned.
4. Identifying every prospective customer in territory assigned.
5. Clearly understanding customers' requirements to propose documents solution that meets their requirements.
6. Developing relationship with existing customers and non-users to build business opportunities.
7. Possessing IT knowledge for effectiveness in selling digital solutions.
8. Maintaining and updating customers records and information.
9. Attending, learning and applying knowledge acquired from attending product training and sales workshop.

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
