Job Description
Key Responsibilities

 Continuously improve quality, productivity and effectiveness through motivating the team on an on-going basis.

 Ensure that all Account Managers progress prospects along a defined Customer Journey, aligned to the Regus Way of Selling and endeavor to meet the customer’s needs every time.

 Assist Account Managers to sell with hands on coaching on an individual basis and co-ordinate performance development plans for individual Account Managers where required.

 Ensure effective performance management and threshold management is in place to deliver improvement in a range of agreed efficiency metrics.

 Recruit, develop and retain a team of above standard sales professionals.

 Work outside of normal office hours as per market/customer requirements.

 Review daily and monthly reports with team to ensure all KPI’s being hit.

 Provide team update to line manager as necessary (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
