Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

 Carry growth targets for SAP Practice for the region

 Represent SAP leadership

 Work closely with regional SAP organization for effective alliance connect and revenue growth

 Get involved/Lead to assess customer problems and opportunities

 Work with the sales team in generating and realizing the opportunity pipeline

 Generating business with existing and new customers to meet revenue targets

 Contribute to RFP by providing customer insights, win theme, industry flavor in the RFP response. The candidate must be able to guide the RFP team based on ground intelligence

 Participate in RFP discovery session, RFP response defense, SOW preparation and contract negotiation at the customer site as required

 Contribute towards asset and proof of concept (POC) building by sharing customer demand trends and customer requirements

 Contribute to practice info for revenue MIS (win/loss analysis), Go-Live info and case studies etc.

 Drive SAP GTM in the region

 Plan and co-ordinate SAP sessions/webinars for sales team to proliferate SAP offerings

 Review and Manage target vs. actual revenue growth

Reporting – this role will report to the SAP Global Practice Head and APAC Region Head


 Bachelor’s degree is a must

 Industry domain experience. Strong understanding of processes in the Industry domain and its mapping into SAP

 SAP experience across industries, should have a strong business process mapping know how

 experience in Singapore/APAC market (preferably in the above role)

 Experience in various SAP Lines of Services like Implementation, Application Support, Upgrade and Migration and Cloud offerings are essential

 Candidate who can demonstrate existing strong customer network and SAP relationships in Singapore/APAC will be preferred

 Candidate must have strong experience in customer management, business generation, revenue growth and RFP lifecycle management

 must have managed a portfolio of 15M + USD

 Experience and good understanding of SAP S4/HANA/Analytics , SAP Cloud, SAP Leonardo, and other new age product offerings

 Should have experience working in onsite/offshore model and high collaboration index
