Must Have Skills

• At least 5 to 6 years of front end Client experience in doing solutioning/PreSales for Enterprise Software Applications from SAP portfolio

• Certified SAP professional and experience in a consulting environment

• Must have excellent communication (English) and presentation skills as well as ability to handle questions from users

• Ability to persuade and influence to achieve desired outcome

• A team player who loves to share and contribute

• Delivered at least two full SAP End-to-End implementations

• Must have worked for smooth interaction of Sales and Service Delivery

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience

• Worked on different types of end to end SAP projects and awareness about project lifecycle for SAP Implementation, rollout, Upgrade, migration and application maintenance engagements

• Performed client facing roles in Singapore

Primary Skill - SAP Functional

• Responsibilities -

o Understand and translate buyer requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offering

o Be the trusted advisor to provide front-office technology consulting to prospects, partners and internal sales

o The complete cycle from initiation to decision may include understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.

o Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) within area of specialization and guide proposal content accordingly.

o Keeps senior Management informed of all financial and pricing aspects of the deal including the deal profit and loss, pricing, capital investment, cash flow and all necessary approvals

o Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards.

o Validate / cross verify the overall solution / deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales winning strategy

o You have been part of at least one but preferred two full lifecycle SAP project implementations

o You have knowledge/ working experience with products like Suite on HANA, S/4HANA, SCP,etc

o Knowledge of best practices in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration to / from Cloud to / from On-premise systems
