• Abe to troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes to issues/incidents within Success Factors modules
• Sound understanding on integration points found within Success Factors
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor, SAP HCM, Success Factor -Success Factor integration techniques
• Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer
Advantageous if SAP certified in at least one of the following module: Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Learning, On-boarding
• Between 2 - 3 years of SAP experience.
• Implementation experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle in Success Factor implementation
• Preferably minimum 2 years domain experience
SAP Success Factor Implementation:
• Success Factors work experience of minimum 2 to 3 years with at least 1 end to end Implementation experience of either Employee Central/Recruitment Management & Goal Management & Performance Management/ Learning /Compensation Management
• Expertise in Success Factors Project management methodology & deliverables
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors Employee Central Solution

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
