Company Profile
We are representing a Japanese based client engaged in the Information Technology IT Solution business. They provide outsourcing services for retail and service companies.

Job Description
  • Provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support. 
  • Receives inbound requests through channels like phone, Web forms, email, chat, or other means based on the documented agreement with the Client. 
  • In charge for L1 support logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes (i) incidents reported by users or (ii) alarms raised by monitoring tools. 
  • Support tracks tickets until successfully resolved. L1 engineers can implement basic, documented break-fix tasks along the lines of following a cookbook recipe. L1 personnel will typically escalate to an L2 resource and follow documented escalation procedures. 
  • Log ticket, assign severity level and respond to customer in compliance to the defined Problem Management Process.
  • Unlock SAP user id and reset password.
  • Meeting arrangement and necessary document, keep tracking the progress of incident, update the status time to time. 
  • Respond to a Severity 1 incident following registration in the Problem Management System. 
  • Perform basic checking (check if infrastructure or authorization issue) 
  • Manage documentation as per request from the management. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related industry with SAP related module or experience with other ERP solution in Procurement area
  • Knowledge in procurement process: Master Data, Purchasing (Quotation, Contract, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Receiving, Inventory, Invoice) 
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Preferably, candidate holds Bachelor’s degree in IT related field. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices. 
  • Able to learn new things fast and put into practice immediately. 
  • Strong analytical skills, presentation and good communication skills with business users. 
  • Team player and able to work with all levels of people. 
  • Positive attitude and willing to put in the extra mile for the team and clients.
  • Good understanding of principles and processes of ITIL processes and discipline and adopting best practices into the current environment.
  • Willing to work at Taman Maluri, Cheras and able to travel.
